1. How far in advance should I book my private event? We recommend booking at least 4 weeks in advance to ensure your preferred date and time are available. We focus on quality over quantity, so we only take on 4 private events each month.

2. What is the minimum and maximum group size? Our private events are designed for groups of all sizes. The minimum is typically 8 people. The maximum group size depends on the workshop you choose and the location; for example, our in-studio events can accommodate up to 18 people, while our glow-in-the-dark workshop has a maximum of 20 to ensure proper lighting for everyone.

3. What's the cost of a private event? The cost varies depending on the number of participants, the day, the time, the type of workshop, and the location of your event. Please contact us for a custom quote tailored to your group's specific needs.

4. Can we choose our own painting or event theme? Yes, absolutely! We love creating custom experiences. You can either choose a pre-drawn canvas from our gallery, or we can work together to design a unique painting or theme for your group. We also offer specialty workshops like our United Canvas and Giant Canvas painting options, as well as Traditional Painting.

5. What is the cancellation policy? We offer a flexible cancellation policy. A deposit is required to secure your booking, and a full refund is available if you cancel up to 21 days before your event. For cancellations within 21 days, the deposit is non-refundable.

6. Do you only offer private events in Ubud? Not at all! While our studio is located in Ubud, we are a mobile service. We can travel to your private villa, retreat, or corporate event location anywhere across Bali to bring the art party directly to you.
