🇬🇧 English Version

  • Cancellations & Gift Vouchers:

    • Deposits: All cash/credit deposits are strictly non-refundable.

    • Gift Vouchers: If a booking is made via Gift Voucher, a penalty fee of IDR 100,000 will be deducted from the voucher balance for any No-Show or Rescheduling request.

  • Lateness Policy:

    • Incense & Candle: Guests >15 mins late will be refused entry and forfeit their deposit/session.

    • Painting: Late arrivals may join but must finish at the original scheduled time.

  • Alcohol & Conduct: Alcohol is for 21+ only. BYOB is permitted only for Paint & Sip events. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone disruptive or intoxicated.

  • Liability & Property:

    • Personal Property: We are not liable for paint/wax damage to clothing or belongings.

    • Studio Damage: Any damage to easels, brushes, molds, or furniture across all workshops will incur a repair/replacement fee on your final invoice.

  • Artistic Outcome: Fees are for instruction and experience; we do not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with your final artistic result.

  • Group Bookings: Groups of 5+ must confirm final numbers 48 hours in advance. You will be charged for the confirmed number regardless of late drop-outs.

  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for cancellations due to power outages, natural disasters, or local ceremonies. In such cases, a studio credit will be issued.

  • Pembatalan & Voucher Hadiah:

    • Deposit: Semua deposit tunai/kredit bersifat tidak dapat dikembalikan.

    • Voucher Hadiah: Untuk pemesanan menggunakan Voucher Hadiah, denda sebesar Rp 100.000 akan dipotong dari saldo voucher untuk setiap Ketidakhadiran (No-Show) atau permintaan Penjadwalan Ulang (Reschedule).

  • Kebijakan Keterlambatan:

    • Dupa & Lilin: Tamu yang terlambat >15 menit dilarang masuk dan deposit dianggap hangus.

    • Melukis: Tamu yang terlambat boleh bergabung tetapi harus selesai sesuai waktu awal yang dijadwalkan.

  • Alkohol & Perilaku: Alkohol hanya untuk usia 21+. BYOB hanya diizinkan untuk acara Paint & Sip. Kami berhak menolak tamu yang mengganggu atau mabuk.

  • Tanggung Jawab & Properti:

    • Barang Pribadi: Kami tidak bertanggung jawab atas kerusakan cat/lilin pada pakaian atau barang pribadi.

    • Kerusakan Properti: Kerusakan pada alat studio (kuda-kuda, kuas, cetakan, furnitur) di semua jenis lokakarya akan dikenakan biaya perbaikan/penggantian pada faktur akhir Anda.

  • Hasil Artistik: Biaya lokakarya adalah untuk instruksi dan pengalaman; kami tidak memberikan pengembalian uang jika Anda tidak puas dengan hasil karya seni akhir Anda.

  • Pemesanan Grup: Untuk grup 5+, jumlah peserta harus dikonfirmasi 48 jam sebelumnya. Biaya penuh akan tetap dikenakan sesuai jumlah yang dikonfirmasi.
